3 DAYS
The 3 day Bush Kindy Leader Course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to set up and lead a Nature Program – Bush/Beach Kindergarten/Forest School in Early Childhood & OSHC services.
1 DAY
The Gold Coast Bush Kindy Bus Tour will take you on a journey of inspiration as you explore and discover Bush Kindy sites to learn more about nature pedagogy and nature immersion programs delivered by early childhood settings.
HALF DAY
With Guest Uncle Franc, the session will enrich educators with valuable understanding of local Aboriginal history in Tweed, their connections to land and water and consider ways to incorporate this knowledge into our educator practice.
MORNING
This workshop will empower you with knowledge so that you feel more confident exploring nature sites across our Gold Coast Community and beyond. It includes snake identification and first aid, with guest Speaker Max Walker.

2.5 hours
This inspiring workshop unpacks the theory, showcases real-world examples and equips you with strategies to suppoty children’s risk-taking, dynamic decision making and safety in outoodor environments.

This workshop equips educators with practical skills to incorporate nature-based learning approaches, such as Bush or Beach Kindergarten and Forest School principles, into early childhood and OSHC settings.

This advanced workshop builds on our foundation nature play and bush kindy workshops, delving into Nature Pedagogy. It covers child-led play, slow pedagogy, programming, and supporting children with complex needs in outdoor settings.
